VERY disturbing trend on Uber. VIPLANE

Hi,
I am seeing this more and more. When there is a surge, Uber will lower the price of the ride and eat up most of the surge.

If you subtract 11 cents a minute and 75 cents you will find that
BOTH these rides only pay $0.16 / mile.

The hourly rate based on time duration of the pickup and ride is
$25.29/hr but $7.56/hr if you remove the surge.

(The pay for the ride is actually $1.22 per mile if you include the surge…)
