Yeah, reservations basically shadow ban you for a good 30 minutes sometimes. Sometimes you get lucky and have them time up, but usually in order to maximize your time, you have to finesse it a bit between toggling back and forth between Uber and Lyft.
Curious, what was the destination of your reservation? If it was to the airport, the algo may have determined that you didn’t have time to go to and from and back out again, or it’s very possible no airport rides became available that would place you in a spot where you can still make the reservation ride.
