Dunkin Donuts people VIPLANE

The one and only DD in my area is a mess. Literally; it is often extremely cluttered and messy behind the counter. But also the employees; where do they find these people??

Yesterday; waiting for my delivery order, two coffee drinks and assorted hot items. The young girl behind the counter (high school student) is taking her time, takes a couple sips of her coffee, froths the milk, scoops the milk into the customer's coffee, wait – SHE WAS TAKING SIPS OF THE CUSTOMER'S COFFEE!!!
